Handling prayer requests that are "completed."

Hey Truman,
Got a question. We've started using the Prayer Requests tools. I entered in a prayer request, and it popped up to everyone's portal. Cool. Couple weeks later the situation changed, God answered. So, we put in a praise report. Cool. So, the original prayer request has been marked "completed." But, it still is showing up on people's portal page. And since the info in it is no longer accurate, I'm tempted to delete it, but I'd rather keep it attached to the person record so we have a history. Is there any way to make a completed prayer request not show up in the portal prayer request module?
Thanks.

Hey Marc,
How's it going? I just got LASIK a week ago. Still readjusting. Have to set my screen size to 800x600 to see what I'm doing. But it's amazing to see without glasses.
I uploaded a fix for the prayer block in the portal. Please let me know if it worked well for you.
Thanks,
Truman
p.s. Today I came across a series of great church leadership podcasts. I wonder if you'd be interested in them:

Hey Truman,
Thanks for the quick work. The portal prayer request thing worked fine. I was kind of surprised when I logged in this morning to see the prayer request gone. I thought someone must have deleted it. I didn't think you'd be able to get to it so fast. Thanks.
Congratulations on the Lasik. That's something I've been wanting to do--but have had other financial priorities. Thanks for the podcast URL. I'll check them out.

Hi Marc,
It was a quick problem to solve. I'm glad that the fix worked well.
About the LASIK... it was like a gift from God. I got LASIK for just $500 for both eyes. My sister-in-law is an optometrist and she got me a crazy-good deal. Praise God!
take care,
Truman
