Making the "to-do" screen not show competed tasks

Hey Truman,

We're starting to use the to-do feature with our staff.  I have one minor thing that if you could change would be a big help.  When you click into the to-dos, either your personal to-dos from the portal or the to-dos of a group, it lists all the existing to-dos, including ones that have been completed.  In order to filer those out you have to pick one of the filter buttons (in progress, not started, etc.) to see those.

Is it possible to have that first to-do page automatically show ALL the to-do categories, EXCEPT completed?  Then, if I want to see the competed tasks, I can click that filter button and see them.  When I check the tasks, I'm looking to see what remains to be done, but I get to see an entire page of crossed off tasks that I either have to scroll through or filter out.

Also--just a reminder of a previous post, the To-do's would become super-useful if checking a to-do as completed triggered a confirmation email to whoever set up the to-do in the first place.  That way I as the staff supervisor, or any group leader, would get instant notification of task accomplishment.  That would be cool.
