Hi Again Truman,

I created a form for people to submit to request a "member login" so they can access their member section.  But I can't figure out how to find the URL of the form!  What am I missing?

It's under "forms" in our HKDB, titled "Get Member Login"

Hey Koa,

In order to do that, create a web page and set the Page Type to Support Form.  Make sure the form you made is selected in the drop down select box next to it. Save and publish website.

Voila!

Oh..  Great idea!  I was wondering how to distibute logins to people once we get this going.  Can you post a link to your form so I can see what you did?

Click on the "Need Account" link on the left.
