Hi Truman!
Hope you had a wonderful time away. Bless you in your new marriage.

We have been having some trouble with our email. We cannot receive. we had some difficulty last week for a breif period of time, but its been at least an hour today. COuld you look into this for me?

Hi Lindsay,

We had a wonderful wedding and honeymoon. Thank you!

I've been monitoring the situation and working with the server techs. Email is back up now and I'm researching what may be affecting the server. More details to follow when I know more.

Truman our email hasn't been working for about an hour now. I tried to connect to our control panel & it's down also. Can you look into it asap?

I'm sorry about that. I've been working with the server techs to address this problem for the last 20 minutes. I'll be sure to let you know when the email service is back up.

Meanwhile, if you login via webmail you will be able to access your email.

Lindsay, the email service is back up again. The server is experiencing some memory problems which I am working to address.
