Hi Truman,
Did you restructure the way groups is set up in the database? It looks really different and we are having trouble with managing it. Could you fill me in on what is going on? Thanks

Hi Lindsay,

There is a glitch in the function for arranging groups in the hierarchy. I'm working on a fix. Meanwhile, I've restored the group's tree. It should work normally again.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

thanks,
Truman

Thanks Truman,
I will look at it soon.
I noticed our email is also down I logged into webmail and an error came up saying I lost connection to the server. Weird I'm online. Are you also working on the email?

Truman,
Well I can login to webmail again, but when I try to receive mail in my application it gives me this message: "The server error encountered was: The server "mail.hcfsc.org" refused to allow a connection on port 110." I don't know what port 110 is, but I tried to delete it and it wont let me. The port 110 has always been there though and worked just fine, so that can't be it. Any ideas?

Hi Lindsay,

About an hour ago, we restarted some services on the server. That could have caused the problem. I just checked and was able to log into webmail. Please try again.

Thanks,
Truman

Yes, thank you Truman. Is there any way you could send us a warning that you are making changes and that might effect our email?
