Problems editing group-based discipleship goal steps.

Hey Truman,

I'm trying to create a discipleship goal under a group in order to track progression through the phases of the group.  But when I'm in the screen where I can see the various goal steps, clicking on the "edit" icon returns this error message:

"No group number was specified, so I cannot proceed with the requested action."

The end result is that I cannot edit the steps, or even view them.

I also cannot seem to even find the place where I can change the time line of the steps.  I'm assuming that's in the edit screen that I can't get into.

Am I doing something wrong?

By the way, if you want to look into it specifically, it's in the "Financial Peace University" group, and it's a supposed to be a three-step goal: Interest, Class Completion, and Follow-up Group.

Hi Marc,

Thanks for the bug report. I've uploaded a fix. You'll be able to edit a step in a goal now in the group section. On that edit page, you can edit the "default date to deadline" to adjust the timeline.

Thanks for taking care of this so fast, Truman.  You're amazing.

I came across a minor (I think) think that I'd like to see if you can change.  When I was entering the deadlines for this discipleship step that I was working on, it seems like the deadline is limited to 99 days.  But this class is over 13 weeks, so what I'd like is a structure that looks like this:

Step 1.  Expressed Interest     30 day deadline for follow through.
Step 2.  Completed FPU Class  90 days deadline to complete class (13 weeks class)
Step 3:  Joined Follow-Up Group 15 day deadline for follow-through.

This would total 135 days for the entire discipleship process, but it seems like I can only run it out 99 days.

Am I right?  If so, can this be changed?

Hey Marc,

That was an easy upgrade. You'll be able to increase the "Default Days to Deadline" now.

Just to clarify, Ascribe auto calculates the deadline date based on the start of the goal (as a whole) rather than after the achievement of the previous step.
