Beta Testers Wanted for Upcoming Upgrade

Dear faithful Ascribe users,

I've been plugging away at the new upgrade. It's not complete. But there some cool new features in the works.

• ability to have church member sign up for their own account in the member portal. contains CAPTCHA security feature to make sure spammers cannot use computers to automate account creation
• new skin template for an Ascribe powered website
• member portal configuration options
• internal and member portal upgrades

• click "new" on a module to create a new record in that module right from the portal screen
• can minimize and maximize portal module blocks
• drag-n-drop portal module arrangement

[li]discipleship module upgrade for quick updating of goal achievement dates[/li]
[li]automatic city, state & zip (postal) code lookups for addresses in the US and Australia (without page reload)[/li]
[li]contribution batch reports now have sum totals[/li]
[li]drag-n-drop configuration of skin module breadcrumb navigation menus[/li]
[li]web pages now can contain database driven blocks that retrieve the latest data from the database upon every page view (i.e., list of latest announcements or events)[/li]

The member portal still needs a lot of work before I can integrate all these features into the production server for all churches using Ascribe.

The feature which I am developing now is an attendance taker for group leaders to be able to take attendance not only for their own small group (or ministry) but can contribute attendance of their group members to larger events (such as a Sunday service).

I would love to have your feedback on the above features. If you choose to be a beta tester, you can help me make sure everything works the way it should and also provide me your opinions on design, features and even make requests before the upgrade goes live.
