I apologize for bothering so much but the audio is having some problems and I'm not sure if the FTP account to connect the files to the site has been created. I can't upload WMA or MP3.

Please help

Hi Janell,

Could you be more specific as to what problem you are experiencing? How are you attempting to upload files: (1) through skin module Ascribe interface, (2) FTP program using the master FTP account, or (3) FTP program using a special FTP account?

Also, for specific support requests like this, its best handled via email.

Hey,

Today I tried to upload the audio message to the website using the FTP program. I've been using this program for a while now and I've never had any problems connecting to the site. Today, I can't connect to the site using the FTP and when I try to go to the Ascribe Data Login page, it tells me that I can't connect securely and that it may mean that someone is trying to "impersonate" the site?

Please help.
