Hi

When I click on the Configure Member Portal all I get is a blank screen. I know that this was not always the case. Any thoughts? I'm encountering the same with Safari and Firefox on the Mac.

Thanks

Justyn

Hi Justyn,

Thank you for reporting this issue. One particular folder that affects that function didn't make it to the server upgrade which was performed last week. I apologize for the inconvenience. The problem is fixed now.

Great skin by the way! You've got great web development skills.

Also, I will shortly be upgrading the calendar which Ascribe publishes to the website to use the same monthly calendar used in the administrative side of Ascribe.

Happy 2009!

Truman

Happy New Year to you to!

Thanks for sorting that issue, it will enable me to carry on with my testing and setting up. I'm slowly getting there with the website transfer as I want to keep our existing look and feel when we move to your system fully. I'm kind of learning about css etc.. as I go as the template we have on our current site was a template that came with the system, and I'd hacked it about to add in the flash graphic that a designer had done for me.

I'm getting my head around what the system does, and doesn't do, and how I ensure that all the vital things still get transferred over.

Regards

Justyn
