Any suggestions as to where to store additional dates--like a baptism and membership date?

Baptism should be stored in as a discipleship goal achievement date. By doing it that way, the church can use the discipleship module to assist members in their desire/training toward spiritual goals, such as water baptism.
Membership date can be stored via the discipleship module as well.
