Hi

Just trying to determine if it is possible to add web based join up forms e.g. subscribe to enewsletter, join email updates etc on web pages have a number of key questions on join up.

To be able to manage these forms or data fields.  And once the form is filled in it activates an html email to the subscriber, and an email to administration or key person and also a TXT message if possible.  The data enters the database, to allow further emails etc.

Pretty standard I would have thought and very important for any website ... capturing traffic to the site, attracting the perfect prospect to join your database.

Hi Danny,

Thanks for your questions. I have replied also to your inquiry. Let me also answer here in the forum.

Yes you can set up a form to capture data. Let's say you want to let people check off various items they wish to subscribe to or receive information about. Depending on which items they check, you can set up the form to send an email to a specific person in charge of that item for follow up.

Many mobile phone carriers in the U.S. provide an email address to each mobile phone so that an email can be sent to a phone. Ascribe can send email to such an email address. For example, T-Mobile phone subscribers can have email sent to their phone at 1234567890@tmomail.net.

Sincerely,
