Dear Truman,

I was adding in the "Messerly" family the other day.  Very nice automation, by the way, how everything dynamically shows up as you build the record.

3 things when adding additional family members:

1) It would be nice if the "Neighborhood" data was brought over along with the address /phone info

2) Ascribe automatically lists families that they might belong to.  When you pick one from the list (John & Svetlana Messerly, for instance) ascribe automatically lists the parent's names next to the "head & spouse" lines.  However, it lists the wrong names (in this case James & Sesilia Castro)!  I think it just lists the names of the people belonging to the first household in the list.

3) So I began with John, added Svetlana, and their children Maria Sophia and Mira Isabella.  Then did a search for "Messerly".  It turned up 5 records, 1 extra "John Messerly" who was part of his own household and not the family.  When I tried to delete the extra record it said "record doesn't exist, nothing was deleted".  It must be right because now when I search it's gone.

Thanks!,
Koa

Hi Koa,

Thanks for using the forum!

1. Household neighborhood setting will now be auto-filled when creating a new person in a household.

2. I wasn't able to duplicate the error.

3. Ascribe sometimes erroneously reports that the record doesn't exist and that nothing was deleted when, in fact, it really did delete the record. It's a known bug which has yet to be fixed.

aloha,
Truman
