Hi Truman

When someone has completed a goal, is there anyway that the next goal in the series can automatically be started? I know I could have lots of steps in the goal, but I'd want to separate welcome from some of our other discipleship goals, and membership for example. Forgive me if I have missed this function somewhere.

It would be great if you could also automatically amend the persons data entry upon completion of a goal - I'm thinking about moving someone from regular attender to active member upon completion of our membership goal.

Thanks

Justyn

Hi Justyn,

Thanks for the great suggestion. Currently this is not possible. However it would definitely add a lot of power to Ascribe. It would involve adding a workflow rules functionality to discipleship goal steps (similar to that of the file and forms modules). It would not be an easy upgrade and probably would not be ready for a while. But now it's on my radar. Thanks.

Glad to have been of help with new ideas. Look forward to when you are able to work it into the system.

Keep up your great work
