Dear Truman,

We seem to be having trouble uploading files to ascribe's picture gallery.  Tried JPG format which normally works for us and it says it uploads, but does not display the picture in ascribe (just has the picture name).  The picture we are working with is "headsup".

Please look into this soon!,

Hi Koa,

I just uploaded a jpg photo named "sunset" in your NHHK folder with no problems. Perhaps there is some issue with your "headsup" graphic. Try opening it up in a graphics editor and exporting it as a jpg. Then upload that and see if it works.
