New form to add group members

Now there is a much better way to enter group members. The new form allows you to add multiple people to a group without time-consuming page-loads.

Instructions:

1. Enter search terms such as the first few letters of the last name. Or you could specify minimum or maximum ages.

2. The matching persons will show in a results screen (without page reload). Select one or more persons in the results.

3. Then enter any membership details (such as the person's role in the ministry group).

4. You can reset the form to be reused (to add more group members) without page reload.

This will allow you to rapidly add many people to a group. For example, if you wished to add all kids aged 14-16 to a youth group, you could do so very quickly using this new form.

** This form requires the user to have either the "View Data" or "Data Entry" permission.
