Hi Truman,
We have heard from several people today via phone, saying that they are trying to email us but its bouncing back to them. We have received a few emails, but for some reason not even half of what we normally do. I tried calling you, but the number wasn't working. Could you look into it and give me a call at our office number 949.361.1022 ext.24. Sorry to be so urgent, but its slowing our office down quite a bit.

This is a duplicate of the email I already sent to you.
 
Many email providers are feeling the pain of this problem today. Here is a news article:

Last year I installed the use of a spam blocking service, which I thought was active and helping to reduce the amount of spam on the Ascribe server. It worked without problems until today, as explained in the article.
 
I rectified the situation this morning about five hours ago. There shouldn't be a problem now.
 
I no longer offer telephone support; that may change in the future. But for now, please use email or the forum. I'm usually pretty responsive.

Hi Marc,

I never did hear back from Yahoo about this problem. However, I tested sending email to and from a Yahoo account to my own account at ascribedata.com. It works now. Please let me know if it works for you, too.
